The winners of the $162-million Mega Millions jackpot are a Miller Place couple who consider their big score a victory for
the people - "We the People."
Winners Richard and Mary Morrison have a lot of plans for their newfound wealth - including opening a seafood restaurant
and paying off their mortgage - but top on the list is financing Richard's book about the Preamble to the Constitution.
